Episode 157: Rose
Rose: Who are you?
Doctor: Do you how I was sayin’, about the Earth revolving? It’s like when you’re a kid. The first time they tell you that the Earth’s turnin’ and you just can’t quite believe it cause everythin’ looks like it’s standin’ still. I can feel it. [takes Rose’s hand] The turn of the Earth. The ground beneath our feet is spinnin’ at 1,000 miles an hour, and the entire planet is hurtlin’ ‘round the Sun at 67,000 miles an hour and I can feel it. We’re fallin’ through space, you and me, clingin’ to the skin of this tiny little world, and if we let go… [drops her hand] That’s who I am. Now forget me, Rose Tyler.

Mickey: What? You’re drinking tea? No, no. That’s no good. That’s no good. You’re in shock. You need something stronger.
Rose: I’m alright.
Mickey: You deserve a proper drink. We’re going down to the pub. You and me. My treat. How ‘bout it?
Rose: Is there a match on?
Mickey: No, no! I was just thinking about you!
Rose: There’s a match on, ain’t there?
Mickey: That’s not the point, but we could catch the last five minutes.
Rose: Go on then. I’m fine, really.
